Shipping Information

Where can you ship?

We ship to all UK addresses. We also ship outside the UK. Prices for outside the UK varies based on your geographical zone. the shipping zone is divided as such:

World Zones

UK:

This covers England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands

Europe:

This covers all EU member states

World Zone 1:

This covers all countries that aren’t a part of Europe or World Zone 2.

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia (other than Singapore and Laos).

How do you send out orders?

We use the Royal Mail Standard Delivery parcel service for all UK orders. For outside the UK, we use the Royal Mail International Standard parcel service to send parcels anywhere in the world.

What if I have a question about your products before I place my order?

Just e-mail us your enquiry at info@tricomania.com and you will receive a prompt reply. Our customer service agents speak French, Creole and Spanish, therefore, we can help almost any client from any part of the world.

What if I need to return the products?

If you received a product with the wrong size you have 14 days to send it back to us and we will refund you the money in full plus the postage fees. However, if you decide not to accept the product simply because you changed your mind. we will only exchange it for another product with a similar price and you will be reliable for any postage fees this may incur.
